Yoga – Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; our vinyasa flow classes will help you build strength and stability while focusing on our breath and alignment for a challenging practice. Modifications always welcome.
Interval – A 30-minute cardio class made up of a combination of cardio bursts, strength training, and core conditioning aiming to transform your physique.
Spinning – These classes are ideal for all levels of fitness and experience as you control the intensity of your workout on your Spin bike. During this 30-minute class, instructors will guide you through a series of hills, intervals, and sprints while encouraging you to challenge yourself along the way.
Boot Camp – This circuit-style class is designed to challenge your body and mind in a fast-paced cardio and weight training session focused on overall fitness.
Cardio Kickboxing – A 30-minute group fitness class that incorporates martial arts-style movements into a fun, moderately-paced cardio workout. This class will help build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while building lean muscle in a fun, challenging workout.
Strength & Body Alignment – This class aims to balance all muscle group’s strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging core muscles with each movement. Conducted at a slower pace, this class allows for mindful movements and heightened body awareness.
Tai Chi – A non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching in a focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows seamlessly into the next, ensuring that the body is in constant movement. Tai Chi is a great class to improve body awareness and balance.
Intro Cardio & Strength – This class is designed for those new to group fitness and exercise. Basic strength training exercises will combine with cardio moves that will increase our heart rate and burn calories, all while strengthening our major muscle groups.
